Trade2B overtakes €3 billion Euro in transactions with a recent auction of €65 million

The Munich software firm passes an important milestone.

Munich, May 9th, 2003 – Trade2B, a leading provider of purchasing software solutions, has reached an important level. Thanks to an auction of €65 million for computer hardware, the milestone of €3 billion transactions was overtaken.

Just after having celebrated the third anniversary of Trade2B (Munich, Mainz, Paris and Brasov), the number 3 is at the centre of a new celebration. After one of the biggest auctions to use the Trade2B R4 Sourcing software, the €3 billion mark has been surpassed. Having just reached €2 billion in transactions in the year 2002, another billion in less than a year is viewed as a great success.
