WestLB / WestEK makes use of the Trade2B auction solution.

During the last in-house exhibition of the WestLG with one hundred invited guests, WestLG auctioned the annual requirement of paper. The participants were able to experience the strong bidding dynamic, which is typical for online auctions. The result of the auction was more than satisfying. Oliver Lawrenz, Dipl. Wirt. Inf. (CIBER Solution Partners), publisher of the book „B2B-success through e-markets“, explains the success: “The live-auction showed impressively the ability of WestEK in the area of purchasing and brought the WestLB-marketplace close. With that in-house exhibition the WestEK organised successfully a marketing event, which showed the correct indicators in that economically difficult time.
